Our drive-thru model is available as a single-unit agreement or a multi-store development agreement (MSDA).
Single-Unit Agreement
Under a single-unit agreement, you’ll start with one location. Keep in mind that many of our multi-unit owners started their CoffeeDrive® journeys as single-unit owners – if you’re interested in growing your footprint, that option is always open.
Multi-Store Development Agreement
For those who are interested in owning more than one Scooter’s Coffee location right off the bat, we recommend a multi-store development agreement (MSDA). Although you’re welcome to start with one location and add on more units over time, signing an MSDA provides you with additional benefits, such as exclusive area rights and a discount on the franchise fee for all subsequent stores.
